Vidari Kanda is a powerful rejuvenating and nourishing tonic in Ayurveda, similar in its strengthening effects to Shatavari and Ashwagandha. It is a potent Rasayana and Vajikarana (aphrodisiac). Its sweet and cooling nature makes it excellent for pacifying Vata and Pitta. It is used to nourish all the body’s tissues, promote healthy weight gain, support lactation, and enhance vitality.
