Paneer Dodi is a unique and miraculous herb in Ayurveda, primarily used for its ability to support healthy blood sugar levels. Its name comes from its traditional use as a coagulant to make paneer (Indian cheese). It is used to help rejuvenate pancreatic function and improve the body’s utilization of insulin. It helps to pacify the Vata dosha.

For Blood Sugar Support: The traditional method is to soak 10-15 pods in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, squeeze the pods to release their essence into the water, strain the liquid, and drink it on an empty stomach.
Note: It is advisable to monitor blood sugar levels and consult a doctor when using Paneer Dodi, especially if you are on medication.
