It is much more potent than the more common and milder Cinnamon Leaf oil.

Cinnamon Bark essential oil is an extremely powerful and warming oil. It is a potent antimicrobial and circulatory stimulant. In aromatherapy, it is used in very small, highly diluted amounts to create a warm, uplifting, and festive atmosphere. It is also used in massage blends to warm cold, aching joints. Its powerful aroma is also known to stimulate the appetite.
● For a Festive Diffusion: Add just ONE drop of Cinnamon Bark oil to a diffuser blend with other oils like orange and clove to create a warm and inviting holiday scent.
● For Warming Massage (with extreme caution): Dilute 1 drop in at least 2-3 tablespoons of a carrier oil and massage into areas with poor circulation or cold joints.
