Bergamot essential oil is cold-pressed from the rind of the bergamot orange, a fragrant citrus fruit the size of an orange but the color of a lime. It is the signature flavor in Earl Grey tea. The oil contains compounds like linalyl acetate and limonene, which contribute to its relaxing and mood-boosting effects.
