OUR CERTIFICATIONS

Overview

The Indian Kino is a large deciduous tree. The medicinal part is its heartwood, which is rich in flavonoids and other compounds that give it its blood-sugar-regulating properties. Traditionally, water was left overnight in a tumbler carved from Vijaysar wood and then consumed in the morning. The powder offers a more convenient way to access these benefits.

  • Japanese: インドキノキ (Indo kinoki)

Vijaysar is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda for supporting healthy blood sugar levels. It is highly effective at pacifying both Pitta and Kapha doshas. It is traditionally used to support pancreatic health, improve insulin sensitivity, and manage cholesterol levels. Its astringent properties also make it beneficial for skin health.

  • For Blood Sugar Support: Soak 1 tsp of Vijaysar powder in a cup of water overnight. Strain the water in the morning and drink it on an empty stomach.
  • Note: It is advisable to monitor blood sugar levels and consult a doctor when using Vijaysar, especially if you are on medication.
