OUR CERTIFICATIONS

Overview

Safed Musli is a small herbaceous plant whose tuberous roots are the source of its medicinal power. The roots are rich in saponins, alkaloids, and polysaccharides that contribute to their powerful tonic and adaptogenic properties. Due to its high demand, it is now cultivated commercially to protect the wild species from over-harvesting.

French: Musli blanc
German: Weißes Musli
Chinese: Bái mù sī lì (白慕斯里)
Arabic: و أ ض (Musli abyad)
Spanish: Musli blanco
Russian: Сафед мусли (Safed musli)
Japanese: サフェド・ムスリ (Safedo musuri)

Safed Musli is one of the most potent Vajikarana (aphrodisiac) and Rasayana (rejuvenator) herbs in Ayurveda. It is hailed as a “white gold” for its ability to enhance strength, stamina, and vitality, particularly for the male reproductive system. It nourishes the body’s tissues (Shukra Dhatu), boosts energy levels, and helps to combat weakness and fatigue. It is primarily used to pacify the Pitta and Vata doshas.

For a Strength & Stamina Tonic: Mix one teaspoon of Safed Musli powder into a cup of warm milk with a little honey or mishri (rock sugar). Consume daily to build vitality.
● As an Adjuvant: It is often combined with other strength-promoting herbs like Ashwagandha and Kaunch Beej for synergistic effects.
