Our Organic Black Henna Hair Color is a 100% natural, plant-based way to achieve beautiful shades of black, from a soft, natural black to a deep, jet black. This two-step process, revered in Ayurveda, uses a blend of pure Henna and Indigo to color the hair without any harsh chemicals, ammonia, or PPD. It not only provides rich, lasting color but also deeply conditions the hair, leaving it incredibly shiny, strong, and voluminous.
● For a True Black Color (Two-Step Process): First, prepare and apply a full SUPHERB® Henna paste to your hair and leave for 2-3 hours. Rinse thoroughly. Immediately after, prepare the Indigo-based powder with warm water to form a paste.
Apply this to your hennaed hair, cover, and leave for 1-2 hours. Rinse thoroughly with water only. The color will deepen over the next 48 hours.
● For Softer Blacks (One-Step Process): For a softer, not-quite-jet-black shade, the Henna and Indigo powders can be mixed together and applied in a single step.
