For a Digestive Massage: Heavily dilute 1-2 drops of Cumin oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage over the abdomen to help stimulate digestion and relieve bloating.
For a Detoxifying Bath: Add a few drops (pre-mixed with a carrier oil) to a warm bath to help promote detoxification through the skin.
